After a high-tension, adrenaline-pumping ten rounds, Canelo Alvarez defeated Caleb Plant in a total knockout at just one minute and five seconds left in the eleventh round.
Canelo started round eleven with a straight right that found its mark before being followed by three quick punches to the trunk of Plant’s body. The fatigue of an extended match and all the traded blows was plain to see on Plant’s face which gave Canelo the confidence to push forward on the offensive.
