What Is Good Omens About?
“Good Omens” follows the angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley, who has been living on Earth since time immemorial. Throughout their stay on the planet as representatives of Heaven and Hell, the two have grown fond of each other’s company and of their pleasant lives on Earth and its inhabitants. The story takes place in the modern world, where the prophesied day of the Apocalypse—the final battle between heaven and hell—is fast approaching. The Antichrist turned out to be Adam Young, a young boy of a humble background from the English countryside who was completely unaware of his true identity.
